Full job descriptionA leading UK law firm is seeking a talented Employment Solicitor to join its highly regarded Employment team in London. You’ll be taking on a varied caseload of challenging and interesting work at a firm with a supportive culture, offering a competitive salary and great prospects.
The Role
You will manage a diverse caseload of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, including:
*Advising on misconduct, grievances and sickness absence
*TUPE advice and drafting
*Employment Tribunal litigation (including advocacy where required)
*Settlement Agreements for employers and employees
*Industrial relations and strike action
*Restructures and due diligence on projects
The role also offers opportunities to deliver client training, support partners on complex matters and contribute to business development initiatives.
About You
*Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with 2–6 years’ PQE in Employment Law
*Strong technical ability and commercial awareness
*Excellent communication skills and ability to manage client relationships
*Highly organised with attention to detail and resilience under pressure
