Witham, Essex | 4-Day Week (39 hours)
A growing FMCG/manufacturing business specialising in liquid processing, bottling and distribution is seeking a Multi-Skilled Engineer (Electrical Bias) to support site operations and production reliability.
The Role
*Deliver planned and reactive maintenance across production equipment and facilities
*Minimise downtime through fault finding and root cause analysis
*Support continuous improvement and equipment upgrades
*Assist with line changeovers and project work
*Ensure compliance with H&S, GMP, and industry standards
About You
*Electrical-biased engineer with strong mechanical skills
*Experience in FMCG, food, pharma, or process manufacturing
*Proactive, hands-on, and a strong team player
*Interest in ATEX/COMPEX environments (training provided)
Requirements
*Electrical or multi-skilled apprenticeship
*18th Edition
*COMPEX (desirable)
*Relevant engineering qualifications
