The Role:
You’ll become a specialist in your market, building meaningful relationships with candidates and clients while learning the full recruitment lifecycle.
*Speaking with candidates daily to support them, guiding them through the full recruitment process and supporting their career goals.
*Conducting interviews and building long-term relationships
*Providing honest, supportive guidance for our candidates and clients
*Support our clients with their recruitment needs
*Identifying business development opportunities and carrying out relevant activity to grow your network
