We’re looking for a proactive Regional Resourcing Coordinator to keep our operated plant hire running smoothly. If you’re organised, people focused, and thrive in a fast paced environment, this is a great opportunity to make a real impact.
What You’ll Do:
*Coordinate operator hires across your region
*Complete compliance checks including tickets, right-to-work, and medicals
*Manage Rail Resources, Sentinel, sponsorship, FRI, and all rail admin
*Work with internal teams to keep jobs moving
*Build strong operator relationships and handle daily check-ins
*Maintain accurate records and support payroll/invoicing
What You Bring:
*Experience in resourcing, scheduling, recruitment, or coordination
*Strong communication and organisational skills
*Confident with admin and IT
*A calm, solutions-focused approach
