Full job descriptionThe Accounts Payable Coordinator will be responsible for managing supplier invoices, payments, and reconciliations to ensure smooth financial operations. This role requires attention to detail and a methodical approach to support the accounting function within the industrial and manufacturing sector.

Description
*Process supplier invoices and ensure proper coding and authorisation.
*Prepare and execute payment runs in a timely manner.
*Reconcile supplier statements and resolve any discrepancies.
*Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounts payable records.
*Collaborate with internal departments to ensure invoice approvals align with company policies.
*Assist with month-end closing processes related to accounts payable.
*Respond to supplier queries professionally and promptly.
*Support the accounting team with ad hoc administrative tasks as required.
Profile
A successful Accounts Payable Coordinator should have:
*A strong understanding of accounts payable processes and procedures.
*Use of SAP or ERP Systems
*Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
*Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
*Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
Job Offer
*Competitive salary ranging from £28,000 to £30,000 per annum.
*6 Month Fixed-term contract with the opportunity to gain valuable experience in a specialised industry (High Possibility of going Perm)
