Full job descriptionHigh Net Worth – Private Clients Insurance Executive – Hampshire – Excellent Salary & Benefits DOE
This role is focused on developing new business while managing and growing a portfolio of affluent and High Net Worth clients. You’ll be responsible for building strong client relationships, understanding complex insurance requirements, and delivering a tailored, high-touch service across a range of personal insurance products.
Key responsibilities include:
• Generating new business through networking, referrals and proactive business development.
• Managing and developing a portfolio of High Net Worth clients.
• Advising clients on their insurance and risk management requirements.
• Negotiating with insurers to secure the most suitable cover and competitive terms.
• Maintaining excellent client retention through exceptional service delivery.
• Identifying cross-selling opportunities and supporting the continued growth of the business.
• Ensuring all client interactions and recommendations comply with FCA regulations and Consumer Duty requirements.
The ideal candidate will have experience within High Net Worth, Private Clients or Personal Lines insurance, strong relationship-building skills, and a consultative approach to client service. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys developing business whilst providing a bespoke service to discerning clients.
