Overview
VIQU IT are currently seeking an experienced Data Engineer required to support a large-scale systems transformation programme. The role focuses on building and optimising data pipelines, supporting migration activities, and delivering reliable datasets for reporting and analytics.
Key Responsibilities
*Design and develop ETL/ELT data pipelines.
*Support data migration, transformation, and validation activities.
*Ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance.
*Collaborate with architects, suppliers, and stakeholders.
*Support testing, UAT, and cutover activities.
*Produce technical documentation and handover materials.
Essential Skills
*Proven experience in data engineering and large-scale data migration projects.
*Strong ETL/ELT and data integration expertise.
*Knowledge of data modelling, warehousing, and cloud platforms (Azure preferred).
*Understanding of data governance and quality frameworks.
*Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
*Active SC Clearence + NPPV3 Clearence
