Key Responsibilities*Managing team expenses and processing invoices
*Coordinating meetings, diaries, and conference calls
*Maintaining internal systems including CRM (DealCloud) and meeting trackers
*Booking travel, taxis, couriers, and meeting rooms
*Preparing documents (printing, binding, and formatting)
*Supporting team events and wider team projects
*Liaising with internal departments including IT, Facilities, and Reception
*Providing ad hoc administrative support across the team
