Location: Newcastle
Salary: £36-43,000 DOE

Daily duties
*Contributing to the design and delivery of projects across all RIBA stages
*Producing high-quality design drawings, models, and presentations
*Coordinating with consultants, contractors, and internal teams
*Supporting project leaders with technical and design development
*Attending design reviews, client meetings, and site visits
*Ensuring compliance with UK building regulations and planning requirements
Ideal candidate
*ARB-registered Architect (or equivalent recognised qualification)
*Strong portfolio demonstrating design quality and technical competence
*Experience working across multiple RIBA stages, ideally in a UK practice
*Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
*Strong communication and teamwork skills
*Ability to manage workload and contribute to multiple projects simultaneously
*Passion for design excellence, sustainability, and placemaking
