Key Responsibilities:
*Assist in the preparation of cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents.
*Support with the valuation of works completed on site and prepare interim payment applications.
*Assist in identifying and managing variations and change orders.
*Help maintain accurate records for project cost tracking.
*Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and clients under supervision.
*Assist in procurement of sub-contractors and materials.
*Support with final account preparation and settlement.
*Contribute to risk, value management, and cost control processes.
*Ensure compliance with company procedures and industry standards.
Skills & Competencies:
*Strong numerical and analytical skills.
*Excellent attention to detail.
*Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
*Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
*Eagerness to learn and develop professionally.
Preferred:
Education & Qualifications:
*Working towards a degree/HND in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
