We’re looking for future teachers, aspiring education professionals, experienced Teaching Assistants and confident individuals with transferable skills to join our partner secondary schools as Cover Supervisors this September.
So, what’s a Cover Supervisor?Think of it as the perfect introduction to teaching.
You’ll be responsible for leading lessons when teachers are absent, delivering pre-planned work, managing behaviour and ensuring students remain focused throughout the lesson.
No lesson planning.
No marking.
No taking work home.
Just real classroom experience that helps you develop the skills schools value most.
This role could be perfect if: You’re a Teaching Assistant ready for the next challenge
You’ve recently graduated and are considering a PGCE
You’re waiting to start teacher training
You have experience coaching, mentoring or leading groups
You want to gain experience before committing to a career in teaching
