Package & Benefits for the Sales Manager
• Salary £40,000 per annum.
• Uncapped commission with OTE of £65,000+ per annum.
• Monday to Friday working hours with no weekends or late nights.

Key Responsibilities for the Sales Manager
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales advisors to achieve and exceed KPI and revenue targets.
• Monitor call quality, conversion rates, and productivity to drive continuous performance improvement.
• Conduct regular 1-2-1s, performance reviews, and training sessions to support team development.
• Support the implementation of sales strategies and process improvements that enhance results and customer outcomes.

About You
• Experience leading or supervising a sales team within a call centre environment.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving team performance.
• Experience analysing sales performance data and using insights to drive results.
