An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and ambitious Branch Manager to join a successful and growing estate agency in Cannock.
We are looking for a driven individual with a proven track record in estate agency who can lead a team, drive business growth, and deliver exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
*Managing the day-to-day operations of the branch
*Leading, motivating, and developing a high-performing team
*Driving valuations, instructions, and property sales
*Building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and buyers
*Ensuring branch targets and KPIs are achieved
*Identifying new business opportunities and generating revenue
*Maintaining high standards of customer service and compliance
Requirements:
*Previous experience in Estate Agency management
*Strong leadership and people management skills
*Proven track record of winning instructions and driving sales
*Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
*Highly motivated, target-driven, and commercially aware
*Full UK driving license
