Full job descriptionThe RoleOur client is seeking a Private Client Legal Secretary to join its Private Client team based in Bromsgrove. The role involves providing secretarial and administrative support to fee earners within a busy and supportive team environment.
Responsibilities*Provide day-to-day secretarial and administrative support to fee earners within the Private Client team.
*Draft correspondence, undertake audio typing, and prepare documents.
*Manage files, including opening, closing, storage, and retrieval.
*Handle telephone enquiries, arrange appointments, and assist clients where appropriate.
*Maintain diaries and support general administrative tasks.
*Deliver high standards of client care across all interactions.
*Support the team in ensuring efficient and accurate delivery of legal services.
Candidate Requirements*Previous experience in a legal or professional services secretarial role is preferred.
*Strong administrative and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
*Competent in audio typing and dictation.
*Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
*Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
*Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
*Professional, reliable, and client-focused approach.
