Full job descriptionThe RoleOur client is seeking a Private Client Legal Assistant to join its Private Client team based in Worcester. The role involves providing administrative and legal support to fee earners within a busy and collaborative environment.
Responsibilities*Provide day-to-day administrative and legal support to fee earners within the Private Client team.
*Draft correspondence, undertake audio typing, and prepare legal documents.
*Manage files, including opening, closing, storage, and retrieval.
*Handle telephone enquiries, arrange appointments, and assist clients where appropriate.
*Maintain diaries and support general administrative tasks.
*Assist with relevant administrative processes and documentation as required.
*Deliver high standards of client care throughout all stages of a matter.
*Support the wider team in delivering efficient and accurate legal services.
Candidate Requirements*Previous experience in a legal or professional services environment is desirable.
*Strong administrative and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
*Competent in audio typing and dictation software.
*Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
*Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
*Familiarity with relevant legal processes is advantageous.
*Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
