Position: CSCS Construction Site Cleaner (CTC / EL1 Cleared)
Location: Woolwich, South London
Pay Rate: £14.24 - £16.55 per hour (Dependent on experience)
Duration: Long-term contract (80 Weeks)
Hours: 9-hour days, Monday to Friday
About the Role:
We are looking for a reliable, hard-working Construction Site Cleaner for a massive, long-term infrastructure project based in Woolwich. With a guaranteed 80 weeks of work, this is a brilliant opportunity for security-cleared welfare or labor professionals looking for long-term stability in South London.
Key Responsibilities:

*Maintain site welfare facilities, including canteens, cabins, and toilets.
*Ensure walkways, corridors, and communal areas are clear of debris and hazards.
*General tidying, deep cleaning, and assisting the site management team with maintaining health and safety standards.
Requirements & Expectations:
*Must hold a valid CSCS Card.
*Must possess active CTC (Counter-Terrorism Check) or EL1 Clearance. (Please do not apply if you do not have this, as it is mandatory for site access).
*Full PPE (Hard hat, high-vis, steel toe boots).
*Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working a full 9-hour shift on a busy site.
