An excellent opportunity has become available for an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor with 5+ years’ PQE to join a growing Glasgow property team in a senior position with genuine long-term progression.

The role
As a Senior Conveyancing Solicitor in Glasgow, you’ll manage your own caseload while contributing to the growth and development of the wider team.
Your responsibilities will include:
*Handling residential sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of title
*Managing transactions independently from instruction through to completion
*Acting as a key point of contact for clients, delivering a high standard of service
*Supporting and mentoring junior team members
*Contributing to the development and growth of the conveyancing function
*Building and maintaining strong client relationships
About you
This role would suit a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor who:
*Has 5+ years’ PQE in residential property
*Is confident running a full caseload independently
*Demonstrates strong technical knowledge of conveyancing processes
*Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*Is well organised and able to manage competing priorities
*Has an interest in developing their career into a senior or leadership position
*Takes a proactive and client-focused approach
