An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Property Lawyer to join a highly regarded property team handling a broad range of premium residential matters across Buckinghamshire and the surrounding areas.


This is not a volume conveyancing environment. The team is known for delivering a highly personalised service to private individuals, property investors and high-net-worth clients, with much of the work coming through repeat business and longstanding client relationships.


Working closely alongside a highly respected Partner with a strong City background, you will gain exposure to some of the region’s most prestigious residential property transactions, with many properties located in some of the most sought-after and valuable areas outside Central London.


The Role
You will manage a varied caseload covering:
*Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
*High-value residential transactions
*New build acquisitions
*Transfers of equity
*Remortgages
*Unregistered land matters
*Residential development and plot sales
*Bridging finance transactions acting for lenders and borrowers
*Property investor work and portfolio transactions
