To be successful you must hone prior experience as a Paralegal and be able to demonstrate your skillset seamlessly, having a background in Corporate Law is not essential but will be looked upon favourably. Duties will include:
*Preparing bundles as well as drafting documents.
*Support the Fee Earners.
*Liaising with clients.
*Providing administrative support as and when needed.
