People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Plant Operative to join our well-established client based in Worcester, disposing of clinical waste. This is a fantastic opportunity offering ongoing work, excellent rates of pay, and the chance to develop within a specialist waste management environment.
This role would also be suitable for candidates with experience as a General Operative, Recycling Operative, Industrial Cleaner, or Warehouse Operative.
Shifts:
• 4 on 4 off rotating
• 06:00 – 18:30
• 18:00 – 06:30
Rates of Pay:
• £12.71 - £14.07 per hour

Day-to-Day Duties:
As a Waste Operative, your duties will include (but are not limited to):
• Sorting medical, clinical, and pharmaceutical waste for processing
• Loading various recycling bins
• Processing different waste types according to site procedures
• Organising waste areas and placing bins correctly
• Manually sorting waste by hand
• Using PPE provided on-site
• Completing any additional tasks assigned

• Strong team player
• Full UK driving licence and own transport (due to site location)
Training:
• Full training on company policies and procedures
