Hybrid working – typically 2 days in the office, 3 days from home
35 hours per week | Flexible working hours between 8:00am – 5:00pm
Macildowie are working with this client based in Leicester to recruit a proactive and organised HR Administrator on an initial temporary basis, with the potential to lead to a permanent opportunity.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a friendly and collaborative HR team of five, supporting approximately 200 employees across the business. The role offers a varied workload and would suit someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
The Role
You will provide essential administrative support across the HR function, ensuring a smooth and efficient employee experience.
Key responsibilities will include:
*Managing and responding to queries within the HR inbox
*Processing holiday requests and sickness absence records
*Maintaining and updating employee records accurately
*Providing recruitment administration support
*Assisting with job advertising and candidate coordination
*Supporting onboarding and employee lifecycle administration
*Preparing HR documentation and correspondence
*General HR administrative support as required
About You
The successful candidate will:
*Have previous administration experience, ideally within HR
*Be highly organised with excellent attention to detail
*Possess strong communication skills
*Be confident managing multiple priorities
*Enjoy working as part of a small, supportive team
*Be comfortable working in a busy and varied role
