Hours: Monday to Friday 12.30pm to 5.30pm
Our client, a well-established organisation based in Wigston, is currently seeking a professional and personable Part-Time Receptionist to join their team on an afternoon job-share basis.
This is a key front-of-house role, acting as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and colleagues, and ensuring a consistently high standard of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:*Greeting visitors, clients, and customers in a friendly and professional manner (in person, by phone, and via email)
*Providing a high-quality first point of contact and customer experience
*Managing incoming calls, directing enquiries, and taking accurate messages
*Supporting the wider team with general administrative duties
*Monitoring visitors, deliveries, and collections
*Handling incoming post, distributing it appropriately, and managing email correspondence
*Coordinating hospitality arrangements, including travel, accommodation, and refreshments
About You:*Previous experience in a reception or switchboard-based role is essential
*Confident using computer systems and handling multiple tasks efficiently
*Strong communication and organisational skills
*A proactive and professional approach with excellent attention to detail
