*Comfortable presenting to different levels of stakeholders
*Full UK driving licence
Nice to haves*Knowledge of green roofs, blue roofs, or sustainable building systems
*Experience using CRM systems to manage pipelines and activity
*Strong technical understanding with confidence handling objections
*Degree or relevant qualification in a related field
So, what will you be doing?*Developing high-quality technical specifications across multiple product areas
*Building strong relationships within the design community, including architects and consultants
*Managing and progressing project opportunities through the specification pipeline
*Promoting sustainable solutions across green roofs, living walls, and related systems
*Delivering CPDs and technical presentations to support product awareness
*Collaborating with contractors, clients, and internal teams to drive project delivery
*Tracking and reporting on specification activity, pipeline growth, and project updates
*Ensuring health and safety compliance across relevant project activity
*Supporting continuous improvement and business strategy initiatives
