Full time hours on a temporary basis

*Administrative Support – Experienced in providing efficient administrative support, maintaining records, managing correspondence, and ensuring the smooth running of departmental activities.
*Customer Service & First Point of Contact – Confident in handling enquiries professionally, responding to estate-related queries, and managing shared mailboxes to ensure timely resolutions.
*Inbox and Case Management – Skilled in prioritising, tracking, and monitoring requests, maintaining organised systems, and ensuring actions are completed within agreed timescales.
*Financial Administration – Experienced in processing supplier invoices, raising purchase orders, monitoring expenditure, and supporting budget tracking activities.
*Database and Record Management – Able to maintain accurate asset management records, update databases, and ensure information is accessible, current, and compliant with organisational requirements.
*Compliance and Attention to Detail – Thorough approach to maintaining statutory compliance records, checking documentation, and ensuring accuracy across all administrative processes.
*Health and Safety Awareness – Knowledge of site safety procedures, including escorting contractors and monitoring compliance with health and safety requirements.
*Meeting Coordination – Skilled in arranging meetings, preparing agendas, taking notes where required, and ensuring records and actions are updated accordingly.
*Organisation and Time Management – Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritise workloads effectively, and consistently meet deadlines and service targets.
*Teamwork and Communication – Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across departments, build positive relationships, and communicate effectively with colleagues, contractors, and stakeholders.
