Remuneration: £50,000neg

The role of Estimator – Bespoke Joinery will involve:
*Estimator position dealing with a high end range of bespoke commercial joinery projects (desks, panelling, furniture, cabinets and surfaces)
*May be a requirement to visit sites across the South East & London
*Review tender enquiries to determine scope of works and project deadlines
*Taking details from drawings to produce BOQs allowing for a timely return of quotations for customer deadlines
*Keep good documentation of tenders and quotations on internal database
*Contact customers dealing with queries and providing additional technical information
*Establish and maintain relationships with contractors and suppliers
The ideal applicant will be an Estimator – Bespoke Joinery with
*Must have Estimating experience within the joinery / bespoke joinery / cabinet maker / bespoke furniture market or closely related sectors
*Highly advantageous to have knowledge of Contract Controller
*Great technical knowledge and good understanding of industry processes, materials and costs
*Highly organised with good attention to detail
*Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
*Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
*Ability to work in a fast paced environment
*Good team player who also works well individually
