We’re partnering with a leading international law firm to find a Talent Acquisition Advisor who knows their way around the legal market and thrives in a fast-paced, stakeholder-driven environment.
This is more than just recruitment. It’s about owning the end-to-end hiring journey, influencing senior stakeholders, and delivering a best-in-class candidate experience across the UK & EMEA.

What you’ll be doing
You’ll take full ownership of the recruitment lifecycle, acting as a trusted advisor to the business and delivering high-quality legal hires.
*Managing end-to-end recruitment from brief to offer
*Partnering closely with hiring managers to shape hiring strategies
*Developing innovative attraction and sourcing plans
*Proactively sourcing talent via LinkedIn Recruiter, networks, and databases
*Building strong talent pipelines for future hiring
*Delivering engaging, inclusive candidate experiences
*Supporting fair and consistent selection processes
*Providing market insights and salary guidance
*Continuously improving recruitment processes and tools
What we’re looking for
*Proven experience in legal recruitment (in-house or agency)
*Strong direct sourcing and market mapping experience
*Confidence working with senior stakeholders and influencing decisions
*A highly organised, proactive approach with the ability to juggle priorities
*A commercial mindset with a passion for delivering insight-led hiring
*Experience using ATS systems and sourcing tools
