Based in the City of London, this is a role that offers genuine influence, autonomy and exposure to a broad range of fast-evolving technology businesses within a modern accountancy environment.
In this Audit Manager - Technology role, based in the City of London, you will take ownership of a varied portfolio spanning high-growth and established technology clients. Operating within a dynamic accountancy setting, you will lead end-to-end audit delivery while also contributing to advisory work and wider client solutions, ensuring both technical excellence and commercial insight are at the forefront of everything you do.
Key Responsibilities*Lead audit assignments from planning through to completion across a varied technology client base
*Act as primary point of contact for clients, ensuring strong ongoing relationships are maintained
*Review audit files and fieldwork, providing clear feedback and quality assurance oversight
*Manage multiple assignments simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and budgets are achieved
*Support advisory input across technology-focused projects including growth planning and performance insights
*Supervise and mentor a small team, while collaborating with wider specialist colleagues
*Deliver constructive coaching and support to trainees and junior staff
*Contribute to improving internal processes and audit efficiency
What We’re Looking For*ACA or ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
*Proven experience operating at Audit Manager level within professional practice
*Strong technical knowledge of UK auditing and accounting standards within accountancy environments
*Experience managing multiple audits and competing deadlines
*Strong communication and client relationship skills
*Exposure to or interest in the technology sector
*Leadership capability with a supportive and motivating approach
