What will you do as an NPD Project Manager
*Take ownership of the end-to-end project management process across product lifecycle
*Ensure all milestones are achieved on time, from concept through to retail launch
*Facilitate regular project meetings
*Responsible for managing critical paths, coordinating cross-functional teams
*Work with manufacturing partners across Asia and Europe
*Review and maintain quality, compliance, and execution
What will you need to be an NPD Project Manager
*Must have experience in beauty, cosmetics, FMCG, consumer goods
*Worked with high volume SKUs
*Experience working with Manufacturers in Asia
*Prince2, PMP, Agile, or equivalent project management qualification is desirable
*Ideal background is experience working for an SME or Startup
*Knowledge of stage-gate product development processes
