Are you a Senior or Associate Structural Engineer looking for an opportunity to take the lead on high-profile projects while enjoying genuine flexibility and a clear route into senior leadership?

In this role, you will lead the design and delivery of structural engineering projects from concept through to completion, working closely with clients, architects, and contractors. You’ll oversee technical design, manage project teams, review calculations and drawings, and play an active role in developing junior staff. The company operates a hybrid model, offering three days in the office and two days working from home, alongside flexible working hours.

The Role:
