The Role
You will manage a high-quality caseload of privately funded family work, including:
*Divorce and financial remedy matters, often involving high-net-worth individuals
*Private children work including residence and contact disputes
*Pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements
*Cohabitation and separation agreements
*Advising on complex family and asset structures
You will benefit from a strong referral network, a steady pipeline of quality work, and the backing of an established national platform.
About You
*Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with NQ to Senior level PQE
*Experience in family law, ideally with exposure to privately funded matters
*Strong client care skills with a professional and empathetic approach
*Ability to manage a busy and varied caseload effectively
*Ambition to develop within a high-performing, reputable team
