Full job descriptionAn excellent opportunity has arisen for a Conveyancing Paralegal to join a well-established and highly regarded residential property team based in Leamington Spa. This role offers exposure to a broad range of residential conveyancing matters, working alongside experienced solicitors and fee earners in a collaborative environment where progression is actively encouraged.
Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting fee earners with a full caseload of residential conveyancing transactions

• Handling sales, purchases, remortgages, transfer of equity and new build matters

• Managing files from instruction through to completion with appropriate supervision

• Drafting contracts, raising enquiries and dealing with replies

• Carrying out searches, land registry applications and SDLT submissions

• Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and third parties to ensure smooth transactions

• Providing a high level of client care and regular updates
Key Requirements:

• Previous experience working as a Conveyancing Paralegal or Legal Assistant

• Strong understanding of the residential conveyancing process

• Ability to manage a busy workload and prioritise effectively

• Excellent communication and organisational skills

• A proactive and professional approach with strong attention to detail

• A genuine interest in developing a long-term career in property law
