Full job descriptionThe RoleOur client is seeking a Conveyancing Paralegal to join its Residential Property team based in Lichfield. The role involves supporting fee earners with a range of residential conveyancing matters within a busy and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities*Provide administrative and legal support to fee earners within the conveyancing team.
*Assist with the progression of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion.
*Prepare and draft standard correspondence and legal documentation.
*Manage files, including opening, updating, and closing matters.
*Carry out Land Registry and search-related tasks.
*Liaise with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other third parties where appropriate.
*Support with post-completion work and general conveyancing administration.
*Deliver high standards of client care throughout all stages of a transaction.
Candidate Requirements*Previous experience in a residential conveyancing or legal support role is desirable.
*Strong administrative and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
*Good understanding of the conveyancing process is advantageous.
*Proficient in Microsoft Office and case management systems.
*Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
*Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
*Professional, reliable, and client-focused approach.
