Full job descriptionWe have an exciting new role working for a growing company that is looking to expand rapidly in the UK. As a Business Operations Assistant, you will work closely with and support the day-to-day running of the business. You will also gain international exposure by working with sites based across Europe and Asia.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys a challenge. With the company already well established overseas, we are looking for the right person with the experience and knowledge to help take the business to new heights. You will work closely with the Managing Director, providing executive support and helping to drive the business forward.
The Role
*Managing professional and personal diaries
*Handling all forms of correspondence, including emails, calls, and other internal communications
*Coordinating and attending meetings, recording and following up on action points
*Managing relationships and liaising with overseas offices
*Supporting the day-to-day running of the business
*Liaising with and supporting both external and internal stakeholders, including employees, clients, suppliers, and government bodies
This is a varied and exciting role, and we are looking for someone who can hit the ground running. Ideally, you will have previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Business Operations Assistant, or Operations Manager.
The ideal candidate will be highly organised, have excellent attention to detail, and be able to manage a varied and busy workload with ease.
