The Role
This is a varied and rewarding position combining sales, business development, lead generation and partnership management.
You will be responsible for managing customer enquiries, developing relationships with prospective clients, re-engaging previous opportunities and building partnerships with commercial brokers and referral networks. Working closely with the wider team, you will play a key role in supporting business growth across our locations.
Key Responsibilities
• Respond to and qualify incoming enquiries from prospective customers.
• Follow up and re-engage previous and dormant opportunities.
• Proactively contact businesses to generate new sales opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with commercial brokers, referral partners and aggregators.
• Support lead generation and business development initiatives.
• Ensure broker listings and online information remain accurate and up to date.
• Arrange customer viewings and appointments.
• Maintain accurate records using the CRM system.
• Deliver a professional and positive customer experience throughout the sales process.
About You
We are interested in hearing from candidates who have experience within sales, customer service or other relationship-focused environments.
Suitable backgrounds may include:
Internal Sales, Sales Executive, Telesales, Recruitment, Estate Agency, Hospitality Management, Retail Management, Account Management, Business Development or Customer Service.
You will also demonstrate:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence speaking with customers and businesses over the telephone.
• Strong relationship-building abilities.
• A proactive and self-motivated approach.
• Good organisational and administrative skills.
• Competent IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience using a CRM system would be advantageous, although full training will be provided.
Previous experience within flexible workspace, serviced offices or commercial property is not required as comprehensive training will be provided.
