Are you a passionate and adaptable Teaching Assistant looking for flexible work in local primary schools—with the opportunity to grow into something more permanent?
We are currently recruiting Supply Teaching Assistants to support a range of welcoming and supportive primary schools across Nantwich. This role is ideal for individuals seeking short-term, flexible work, while also offering clear pathways into longer-term and even permanent positions.
The Role:*Supporting class teachers across EYFS, KS1, and KS2
*Working 1:1 or with small groups of pupils
*Assisting with classroom activities and behaviour management
*Creating a positive, engaging, and inclusive learning environment
What We’re Looking For:*Previous experience working with children (school-based experience desirable)
*A flexible and proactive approach to work
*Strong communication and teamwork skills
*A genuine passion for supporting children’s learning and development
*Availability for day-to-day, short-term assignments
