Description
*Accurately process payroll for employees, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines.
*Maintain and update payroll records, including employee details and payment information.
*Ensure timely and correct submission of payroll reports to regulatory bodies.
*Assist in resolving payroll discrepancies and responding to employee queries.
*Support the preparation of month-end and year-end payroll reports.
*Collaborate with the accounting and finance team to ensure seamless operations.
*Monitor and implement changes to payroll legislation as required.
*Maintain confidentiality and security of employee payroll data at all times.
Profile
A successful Temporary Payroll Assistant should have:
*Previous experience in payroll processing
*Strong knowledge of payroll systems and relevant regulations.
*Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
*Excellent organisational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
*A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement

*An hourly pay rate of £14 to £17, depending on experience.
