Description
As an Interim Finance Assistant duties will include but are not limited to:
*Process invoices and ensure accurate data entry into financial systems.
*Assist with bank reconciliations and monitor accounts for discrepancies.
*Support the preparation of financial reports and statements.
*Manage petty cash and handle payment transactions efficiently.
*Maintain accurate and organised financial records for auditing purposes.
*Assist with budget tracking and expenditure monitoring.
*Provide support for month-end and year-end financial processes.
*Respond to internal and external financial queries in a timely manner.
Profile
A successful Finance Assistant should have:
*Worked in a similar role previously
*A strong understanding of financial processes and systems.
*Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
*An organised approach with excellent attention to detail.
*The ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
*Strong communication skills to liaise with various stakeholders.
Job Offer
*An hourly rate equivalent of £30,000-£32,000 depending on experience.
