Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 (Profit Share & Share Options)
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent


We’re hiring a Mechanical Design Engineer to join an innovative engineering team developing advanced robotic and automated systems. As a Mechanical Design Engineer, you’ll work across the full product lifecycle, from concept development through to manufacture and deployment.


What You’ll Be Doing
*Designing mechanical systems and assemblies
*Producing high-quality SolidWorks models and drawings
*Working on robotics and automated machinery
*Supporting prototype development and testing
*Collaborating with software, electronics and manufacturing teams


Essential Skills
*Degree, HNC or HND in Mechanical Engineering
*4+ years product development experience
*Strong SolidWorks experience
*Design for Manufacture (DFM)
*GD&T and tolerance analysis


Desirable Experience
*Robotics

*Actuators and mechanisms
*FEA analysis
*Mechatronics systems
