The Role
*Own and develop client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor on paid media strategy
*Lead campaign planning, execution and optimisation across paid media channels including search, social and display
*Build and implement performance driven strategies aligned to wider business and marketing objectives
*Manage budgets, targeting and creative to maximise ROI and campaign effectiveness
*Analyse performance data and translate insights into clear recommendations
*Drive continuous test and learn programmes to improve campaign outcomes
*Present campaign performance and strategic updates to senior stakeholders
*Mentor and support team members, contributing to a high performing team culture
*Collaborate across channels including paid social, analytics, CRO and digital strategy
Your Skills & Experience
*Strong commercial experience managing large scale paid media campaigns
*Hands on expertise across key platforms such as Google Ads, paid social and display
*Strong analytical capability with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
*Confident communicator with experience presenting to clients or stakeholders
*Broad understanding of digital marketing including areas such as analytics, CRO or creative strategy
*Experience leading or mentoring others within a team environment
*Proactive mindset with the ability to take ownership and drive results
