Full job descriptionGreat opportunity to join a fantastic team on a part time basis (15 hours per week). This will be assisting the wider payroll team with day to day processing.

Description
Part Time Payroll (15 hours per week)
*Assist in processing payrolls across different pay cycles (weekly, fortnightly, monthly)
*Input and check payroll data such as hours worked, overtime, and basic pay
*Support payroll runs by preparing information and carrying out basic checks
*Help ensure employees are paid accurately and on time
*Maintain employee payroll records, including starters, leavers, and changes
*Process basic updates such as address changes, bank details, and tax codes
*Ensure payroll documents are saved and organised correctly
*Respond to basic payroll queries from employees (e.g., payslips, payments)
*Escalate more complex queries to senior team members
*Provide a helpful and professional service to employees
Profile
Part Time Payroll (15 hours per week)
*Basic knowledge of payroll processes or legislation
*Experience using payroll systems or Excel
*Interest in developing a career in payroll (e.g., studying towards CIPP)
*Previous administrative or payroll experience (or a strong interest in payroll)
*Great attention to detail and accuracy
*Good organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines
*Strong communication skills

*Part Time - 15 hours per week
*Hybrid working - typically 1-2 days per week in the office
