Full job description A leading hedge fund is now looking to recruit an Equity Analyst into their team.
The role will join a very successful team of fund managers and analysts who have a superb track record in investing.
The role will work on the following :
*Active Identification of investment opportunities for the fund
*Identification of events which can trigger a gain or loss in value of a stock
*Recommending buy and sell side trades to the Portfolio Managers
*Carrying out detailed financial modelling and analysis of investment opportunities
*Monitoring existing positions
*Active member of the investment team
They are interested in people who will have a background as follows:
*Equity analysts/ Investment Bankers/ ACAs
*2.1 or 1st class degree
*AAA in A levels - probably A* in Maths
*Real interest in financial markets
*Technically excellent
