This is an opportunity to join a team that has generated £1 million in billings in just six months, works with established clients across Wealth Management, Pensions and Employee Benefits, and has a proven track record of developing trainees into top-performing consultants.

A Business Built Around GrowthYou’ll join a specialist Financial Services team of 8 recruiters that is continuing to expand due to strong performance and increasing client demand.
The division has already billed £1 million this year, with experienced consultants generating £150,000-£180,000+ annually and Directors billing over £400,000 each.
More importantly, the business believes in promoting from within. One consultant joined as a trainee just three years ago, has already achieved multiple promotions and is on track to bill £250,000 this year.

What You’ll Be Doing*Building relationships with candidates and clients
*Headhunting and interviewing professionals
*Managing recruitment processes from start to finish
*Negotiating offers and closing deals
*Developing expertise within Financial Services markets
*Building your own network and client base
