You will be managing multiple small works projects, ensuring they are delivered safely, profitably, on programme and to the complete satisfaction of valued clients and customers.


This role suits a Small Works Manager, Project Manager or Contracts Manager from a construction, refurbishment, insurance works or building surveying background.


The Role
*Managing multiple construction, refurbishment and property repair projects from concept to completion.
*Overseeing commercial, residential and industrial projects, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
*Office based with regular site visits. Full UK Driving License required.


The Person
*Small Works Manager, Project Manager, Contracts Manager or similar.
*Construction, refurbishment, insurance works, property repairs or building surveying background.
*Looking for a varied role, in which you’ll be managing projects from initial survey and estimating through to completion.
