We are looking for a part qualified or qualified by experience Assistant Management Accountant to join a vibrant, fast paced team based in London. This is a business where personality matters just as much as technical ability, and where the culture is genuinely fun, energetic and supportive.

This is a great opportunity for someone with a solid all round accounting background who wants to develop their career somewhere with real character. The role offers hybrid working along with full study support towards ACCA, ACA or CIMA.

What you will be doing
Preparing monthly statements
Preparing cash flow reports
Completing balance sheet reconciliations
Reviewing and submitting VAT returns
Processing payment runs
Building relationships with stakeholders and managing queries
Supporting junior members of the team with day to day duties
Delivering training across the wider team
Providing ad hoc financial support as required

What we are looking for
Currently studying towards a professional qualification or a clear desire to start (ACCA, ACA or CIMA)
A solid understanding of general accounting practices and procedures
Prior experience with VAT and reconciliations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A genuine team player with a collaborative approach and a great attitude
Strong MS Excel skills
Highly organised with the ability to manage your own workload
