Marketing Data AnalystLondon (Hybrid - 3 days onsite) - Up to £80,000
The OpportunityWe’re partnering with a leading global fintech organisation looking to hire a Marketing Data Analyst to join their growing analytics function. This is an exciting opportunity to work at scale, analysing high-impact marketing data and driving commercial decision-making in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
You’ll play a key role in shaping marketing strategy through insight generation, working closely with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and marketing.
Key Responsibilities*Analyse marketing campaign performance across digital channels
*Deliver insights on acquisition, LTV, attribution, engagement, and retention
*Support segmentation and targeting strategies using data
*Partner with marketing teams to optimise campaign effectiveness
*Build automated dashboards and data pipelines for self-service reporting
*Act as the go-to expert for marketing data and performance insights
What We’re Looking For*Strong background in data analytics
*Advanced SQL skills and experience building data pipelines (e.g. DBT, Airflow)
*Experience with marketing analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, GTM, Braze, Appsflyer, Firebase)
*Proven experience running A/B tests and defining KPIs and attribution models
*Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
*Experience with data visualisation tools (e.g. Looker or similar)
