Job Title: International Legal Recruiting Assistant (12-month FTC)
Location: City of London
Role: Full-time, Fixed Term Contract
Working Arrangement: Hybrid Working (3 days in office)
Salary: up to£35,000 per annum

The role
In your new role as International Legal Recruiting Assistant, you will be supporting lateral and graduate recruitment processes across London and the Middle East. This is a 12 month fixed term contract. Your key responsibilities will include:
*Supporting the lateral associate and counsel hiring process including scheduling interviews and managing logistics.
*Maintaining accurate data and recruitment trackers.
*Supporting the onboarding of new joiners to the firm.
*Supporting the full graduate recruitment lifecycle, including interviews and candidate communications.
*Assisting with vacation schemes and events.
*Creating schedules, coordinating logistics and acting as a key contact.
What do you need?
In order to be successful in this role you will need:
*Previous administration or recruitment experience in a professional services firm.
*A keen interest in legal recruitment.
*Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
*Ability to manage multiple priorities.
*IT Proficient.
