Full job descriptionAzure Cloud/ Infrastructure engineer | 6 month initial contract | £400-£550 InsideIR35 | Hybrid Model 2 Days on site in Derby
This clients team has lots of demand, and are in serious growth mode, so are looking for some contractors to join the team.
Key requirements:
*Strong experience working in Azure cloud environments (IaaS & PaaS)
*Hands-on infrastructure experience including VMs, VNets, NSGs, storage accounts and load balancers
*Solid understanding of networking concepts (IP addressing, DNS, VPNs, ExpressRoute) within Azure
*Experience with identity and access management (Azure AD, RBAC, Conditional Access)
*Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (ARM templates, Bicep or Terraform)
*Experience with monitoring and observability tools (Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Application Insights)
*Knowledge of backup, disaster recovery and high availability solutions in Azure
*Strong understanding of general cloud and infrastructure best practices (scalability, security, cost optimisation)
*Relevant Azure certifications (AZ-104 preferred) and ability to operate at a senior level
