? The RoleAs an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:
*Support students 1:1 and in small groups across primary and secondary settings
*Assist the class teacher in delivering tailored, engaging lessons
*Help implement EHCP targets and personalised learning strategies
*Encourage independence, communication, and social development
*Provide emotional and behavioural support where needed
