Location: BristolPay: £90–£105 per day
Hours: Monday–Friday | Term Time Only
Start Date: September 2026
Are you a swim teacher or coach looking to transition into a rewarding career in education? Your skills in coaching, behaviour management, and building confidence in young people are highly transferable – and we want to hear from you!
We are recruiting a Teaching Assistant to support pupils in a welcoming and supportive school environment.
The Role*Support pupils in the classroom on a 1:1 and small group basis
*Assist with engagement, confidence-building, and learning development
*Help manage behaviour and create a positive learning environment
*Work alongside teachers to deliver lessons and activities
*Provide pastoral care and encouragement to pupils
Ideal Background*Experience as a swim teacher, coach, or instructor
*Confident working with children or young people
*Strong communication and behaviour management skills
*Passion for supporting learning and development
*DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain)
