We are delighted to be partnering with a well-established and growing business in Leicester that is looking to welcome a Sales Support Administrator to its team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who genuinely enjoys speaking with people, thrives in a busy environment and loves the satisfaction of seeing a process through from start to finish. Initially offered as a three-month temporary assignment, this role has genuine potential to become permanent for the right person, with the business continually growing and investing in talented individuals who demonstrate the right attitude and ambition.

You’ll become an integral part of the customer journey, helping to ensure every new client receives a positive and seamless experience from day one. We’re looking for someone who is naturally organised, proactive and takes pride in delivering outstanding service. You’ll have the autonomy to manage your own workload and build relationships with a variety of customers, whilst working closely with a supportive team towards a shared goal. If you’re a people person who enjoys picking up the phone, solving problems and making things happen, this could be the perfect role for you.

What You Will Be Doing *Acting as the main point of contact for new customers as they begin their journey with the business.
*Building strong relationships and delivering an exceptional experience from the very first interaction.
*Contacting customers by phone and email to gather the information required to set up new accounts.
*Guiding customers through the account setup process and answering any questions along the way.
*Managing your own workload and prioritising tasks to ensure onboarding activities are completed efficiently.
*Updating internal systems and maintaining accurate customer records.
*Following up proactively to keep things moving and ensure a smooth customer experience.
*Working closely with the sales team and wider business to coordinate successful account activations.
*Taking ownership of queries and finding solutions to overcome any challenges that arise.
*Contributing to the wider team’s success and celebrating shared achievements.

What We Need From You *Previous experience within administration, customer service, sales support or another telephone-based role.
*A confident and friendly communication style with the ability to build rapport quickly.
*A genuine enjoyment of speaking with people and providing excellent service.
*Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
*A proactive approach with the confidence to take ownership of your workload.
*Excellent attention to detail and a "right first time" mindset.
*A positive attitude and a willingness to support both customers and colleagues.
*The ability to work independently whilst thriving as part of a collaborative team.
*Immediate availability or a short notice period of up to one week.
